1. My expectations for this class are to get a better understanding of what people did in fighting so hard for our freedom that we often take for granted. I also expect to lean about other countries and how there lifestyles differ from ours.
2. I do not already no a whole lot about our history in america. However I do know a small amount about the revolutionary war and slaves being brought to america. And Abraham Lincoln being elected president and how he abolished slavery but many black people were still not givin the constitutional rights that they diserved mostly in the southern states though.
1. I want to learn more about the the past developments that were made to make it how it is today. Also i would like to learn more about the bloodshed that had to be given to make this country the most powerful and free country on the planet.
2. Really thinking about i agree with garret. I dont know much about this history of this country and i would like to learn more about the wars that are usually skipped like War World I. And learn more about the Great Depression and how that effected the world economy

2.I don't know alot about our county's history. I do know a little about the civil war and how it was between the north and the south to abolish slavery.I would like to learn more about the world wars and why we were in them.
1. My expectations for this class are to expand my knowledge of our nation's history.I also expect to learn about how our country got to where it is today and what the struggles were to get there. Finally, I expect to learn to learn about the Constitution and other documents in a little further detail then what the middle school teaches.
2. I would have to agree with garret, derek, and taylor about this topic. I don't know as much about our country as I would like to know. I do know about the Civil War, most of the presidents and how they became a president, and about the revolutionary war. I would really like to learn about the Great Depression and the wars that aren't talked about as much as some of the others.
1. My expectations of this class include broadening my knowledge on our countries history. I would also like to learn about how we obtained some of our customs. Finally, I would like to learn about other countries lifestyles and history.
